Xavier U of LA - The Heritage Cardigan

The cardigan is a part of our Heritage Collection for Xavier University of Louisiana and embodies an original Chicer Collegiate design approved by the school.

The logo includes a gold X overlayed with an image of Mercury's winged foot. The college's name is embroidered on the image. The institution's founding year, 1925, is embroidered on the bottom left corner.

The Roman God Mercury's winged foot symbolizes the immortal name of Xavier University of Louisiana, which is to be remembered and celebrated throughout time—perpetual and constant! Imperishable. Everlasting.

The 4.5" x 4.5" chenille patch is sewn on the upper left chest and should rest on the heart when the garment is worn.
